1. Introduction

Funnelloops ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website funnelloops.com and the Funnelloops platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you register for an account or use our Service, we may collect the following:

  • Name and email address (provided directly or via third-party sign-in such as Google)
  • Profile photo (if provided through a social login)
  • Billing information (processed securely through our payment provider)
  • Organization and team information you provide when setting up your workspace

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including:

  • Device and browser information (type, operating system, language)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service
  • Referral URLs and access times

Content You Create

Funnels, forms, pages, automations, and other content you build using the Service are stored on our infrastructure to provide the Service to you.

3. Google User Data

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect a Google integration, we access only the data necessary to authenticate you and provide the Service. We use separate credentials for sign-in and integrations.

Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we request your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) to create and manage your account.

Gmail Integration

If you connect your Gmail account, we request permission to send emails on your behalf (gmail.send). This is used exclusively to send emails from your connected Gmail account as part of your funnel automations. We do not read, search, or access the contents of your inbox. No email content is stored on our servers beyond what is required to transmit the message.

Google Sheets Integration

If you connect Google Sheets, we request permission to read and write spreadsheet data (spreadsheets). This is used to append form submissions, update rows, and read data from spreadsheets you specify in your funnels. We access only the spreadsheets you explicitly configure and do not browse or list your Google Drive files.

Google Ads Integration

If you connect Google Ads, we request permission to manage conversion data (adwords). This is used to upload offline conversions (such as funnel completions) back to your Google Ads account for attribution. We do not modify your ad campaigns, budgets, or targeting settings.

Data Handling for All Google Integrations

  • Limited use: Funnelloops' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • No advertising use: Google user data is never used for advertising, retargeting, or sold to data brokers.
  • No human access: Funnelloops employees do not read your Google data unless you provide specific, affirmative consent (for example, when requesting technical support), or where required for security or legal compliance purposes.
  • No additional sharing: Google user data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • Storage and security: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our infrastructure. Integration data (such as email content in transit) is processed in memory and not persisted beyond what is needed to complete the requested action.
  • Disconnection and deletion: You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from your settings. When you disconnect, we immediately revoke the OAuth tokens and delete all stored credentials for that integration. You may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Process transactions and send related notices
  • Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Analyze usage trends to improve user experience and develop new features
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, payment processing). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal obligations: When required by law, legal process, or government request.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@funnelloops.com.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may also use analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
